An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join this family-run care group as the Registered Manager of their 8-bed residential home for adults with learning difficulties. Situated in the picturesque coastal town of Mundesley, this role offers a unique chance to manage a small, well-regarded home in a supportive and proactive environment.
About The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead and support a small, dedicated staff team to deliver high-quality care and meaningful activities for residents.
- Ensure the home operates in compliance with CQC standards, Health and Safety regulations, and other professional requirements.
- Take responsibility for the overall management of the home, including staff supervision, care planning, and regulatory reporting.
This is an ideal role for a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
About The Candidate:
We welcome applications from individuals with a proven background in care who are seeking progression. The following qualifications and skills are essential:
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (essential).
- Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care (desirable, or willing to work towards).
- A full driving licence (essential)
- A passion for improving the lives of adults with learning difficulties.
You must also be:
- Flexible, with the ability to work one weekend day every two weeks.
- Organised, proactive, and dedicated to maintaining the high standards of care expected in a family-run home.
