What You'll Do

  • Lead the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration process.
  • Set up and manage efficient systems to deliver top-notch care.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a passionate care team.
  • Drive client recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance and quality assurance at every level.
  • Oversee budgets and resources efficiently.
