Registered Domiciliary Care Manager | Oxford | Salary £36,000

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and tenacious Manager to lead a great team and commit to growing the outstanding care at their Oxford branch.

About The Company

The company are a growing name within the domiciliary care sector. They are an ambitious group where their goal is to continue growing and providing the best level of care. They are currently supporting over 30 clients on a daily basis.

You will be a driven individuals who wants to make a difference in growing the business as well as putting the clients first.

Registered Manager Role

Your role would be to provide the best leadership possible. You would be at the forefront of decision making, business growth and dedicated care leadership. They would welcome an experienced deputy manager who is looking for that chance to grow!

Skills/Experience Required:

• Excellent Management experience, with attention to service user satisfaction.
• An understanding of business development, demonstrating the skill to drive growth.
• Experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with our service users and external stakeholders.
• Working in a similar role, or able to demonstrate transferable skills
