About The Candidate
- Proven experience in senior or dementia care within a domiciliary care setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a talent for motivating and empowering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a warm and empathetic approach.
- NVQ Level 3 or 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
