Registered Manager

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 depending on experience

Location: Leeds

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, on call every 3rd week.

Were on the hunt for someone who is:

• A confident driver with access to their own car
• Experienced in managing high-quality homecare services
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (NVQ Level 5 desirable) or willing to work towards
• Passionate about delivering excellence in care and customer satisfaction
• Highly organised, computer literate, and skilled in staff management
• Knowledgeable in CQC Fundamental Standards 
• Ambitious, reliable, and detail-oriented

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Plan and oversee the delivery of exceptional homecare services
• Lead recruitment efforts to build a safe, qualified, and motivated team
• Coordinate on-call and ensure seamless service delivery (every third week)
• Foster relationships with regulators, clients, and professionals to maintain best practices
• Empower staff to reach their career goals and grow professionally
• Adapt services to meet evolving client needs while upholding safeguarding standards
