About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Support Administrator to assist with all internal business operations. Reporting directly to our Executive Business Partner, you will:

Assist in the preparation and organisation of business documentation, reports and presentations. Support the team with strategic planning by conducting market research and compiling data for decision-making. Develop detailed proposals and internal reports based on analysis of market trends, financial data and company performance. Support recruitment processes, including CV formatting and job advert creation. Act as a central support function for the Affinity Care Group, ensuring smooth operations across the Group. Prepare reports, presentations, and key business documents. Provide administrative support to facilitate company growth.

Essential Skills:

Strong administrative abilities with excellent business acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Eloquent and articulate, with strong literacy skills. Experience in business administration (though care industry experience is not required).
