Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate; ideally by the end of March

Are you an experienced senior nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care and strong leadership skills? My client is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their dedicated team at a highly regarded nursing home in Fakenham.

About The Role

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered across the home. Reporting directly to the Nursing Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing strong leadership and support to the nursing team on the floor.
• Managing and overseeing all aspects of care within the home.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitoring staff performance and providing mentorship, guidance, and training as required.
• Assisting with staff rotas, recruitment, and team development.
• Maintaining a hands-on approach, supporting the nursing team in delivering personalised care to residents.
• Ensuring the home meets all regulatory and quality standards.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid NMC PIN and the right to work in the UK.
• Extensive experience in nursing homes, including senior nurse or nurse management roles.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
