Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is essential. or working towards

Your Responsibilities:

Establish and oversee efficient care delivery systems to maintain excellence.
Recruit, train, and develop a team of dedicated care professionals.
Implement strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring our services remain in high demand.

Ensure compliance and quality assurance across all operational levels.
Oversee budgets and resources, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
