CQC Registered Manager Domiciliary Care
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced and driven CQC Registered Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a newly established domiciliary care provider? Based in High Wycombe, our service supports the elderly, disabled adults, and individuals with autism, and we are seeking a passionate leader to ensure exceptional care delivery and compliance from the ground up. 


As our Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our service, including:

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to CQC standards and maintaining a high level of service delivery.
  • Auditing: Conducting regular audits to monitor service quality and improve processes.
  • Onboarding: Recruiting, training, and supporting a dedicated team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Business Development: Driving the growth of the business, building strong referral networks, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Developing positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Inspiring and managing your team to deliver person-centered care while fostering a culture of excellence.

What Were Looking For:

  • Qualifications: A Level 5 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
  • Experience: Proven experience in domiciliary care or a care home setting supporting vulnerable adults.
  • CQC Knowledge: A track record of achieving a "Good" or higher rating in previous CQC inspections.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
