Registered Manager Domiciliary Care
Location: Warrington
Salary: £40,000 £45,000 (DOE)
We are thrilled to be partnering with a long-established and reputable domiciliary care provider in the Warrington area, delivering over 700 hours of high-quality care each week to more than 90 service users. With continued growth expected, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-supported, expanding service.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact driving quality, shaping the team, and supporting significant service development.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and compliance of the domiciliary care service. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred care and to support the ongoing growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a strong team of care professionals.
- Growth & Development: Support the organisations plans to expand care hours and service capacity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and external partners.
- Financial Oversight: Manage staffing, budgets, and resources effectively.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or senior leader within domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and experience achieving high inspection outcomes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement.
