Prestigious, rapidly growing private plastic surgery are seeking an experienced Surgical Patient Coordinator to liaise with clients throughout the patient journey, ensuring a five-star experience at all times, and closing sales.

Please note the role is a sales role and will require previous experience from a sales-focused B-2-C role within plastic surgery, advising on and selling a range of cosmetic surgery procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the patient journey from enquiry to post-op follow ups
  • Advising patients on procedures and answering queries
  • Liaising with surgeons, creating successful relationships
  • Ensuring five-star customer services are provided throughout the customer journey- from initial contact to consultation to procedure and follow up
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships: To maintain contact with clients ensuring follow ups
  • Administrative duties in relation to sales- relevant paperwork, bookings etc. and sharing this with teams
  • Clear communication across teams, ensuring relevant information communicated
  • Meeting sales targets on a monthly basis, this role requires a sales driven individual
  • Resolving Client issues raised
  • Follow up calls, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, communicating any issues with Management immediately when they arise

About you:

  • You will be passionate about the aesthetics and cosmetic surgery industry and premium client care
  • Successful sales experience, working in high-volume, high-quality cosmetic and aesthetic environments
  • Experience and knowledge of leading industry treatments
  • Excellent lead conversion skills; administrating bookings with precision, ensuring gold standard client care and a smooth treatment journey
  • Experience handling high volume administration; working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
