Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our team in Dubai with experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle, preferably in the construction, engineering consultancy or design sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.
This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity to work on global candidate sourcing efforts for high profile multidisciplinary projects in the Middle East & Asia whilst ensuring an exemplary level of quality, organisation, coordination, and communication skills are maintained throughout.

The ideal candidate fits the below profile:
- Minimum of 4 years experience working in an internal talent acquisition team
- Experience recruiting engineering professionals
- Experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn and other mediums
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and self-driven
- Committed to technical excellence
- Excellent stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Collaborative personality
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Global sourcing of talent specific to sustainability, environment and other specialist engineering areas
- Developing solid relationships with internal management to provide a high level of customer service, ensuring current and future talent acquisition requirements are met
- Ensures effective use of our applicant tracking system
- Manage end to end recruitment life cycle, from initial advertisement to handover to onboarding
- Leverages technology to support recruitment and staffing initiatives
- Knowledge of GCC employment law and legislative requirements
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
