 Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Partner with our clients to help them operate the system to achieve peak performance.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any & all matters specific to your clients, including escalations.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Set and maintain goals with clients.
  • Travel the world and train our system
Requirements
  • Online media experience and ability to manage strategic client relationships.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and influence decision-makers Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization
  • Identify and leverage trends and new opportunities within the industry of expertise/focus Strong analytical skills preferred
  • Perfect English writing and speaking, additional languages are an advantage. 
  • Working is not always 9-17, we also cater for off-hours.
