Job Objective
Provide comprehensive and efficient support to the executive team, ensuring optimal management of schedules, projects, and communications. The Executive Assistant will act as the main point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on leveraging advanced technological tools.

Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Management:
    • Manage and coordinate executives' calendars, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
    • Organize and coordinate business trips: flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary preparation.
    • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy and professionalism.
  2. Communication:
    • Serve as the main liaison between executives and other departments or external contacts.
    • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
    • Draft clear and professional emails, reports, and presentations.
  3. Organization and Planning:
    • Organize meetings and events, managing all logistical aspects.
    • Support planning and monitoring of key projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Handle confidential information with high discretion and professionalism.
  4. Technological Collaboration:
    • Utilize productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Drive, Slack, and other collaborative platforms.
    • Manage CRM systems and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
    • Support the use and adoption of project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
Requirements
  1. Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Administration, Communication, Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
    • Experience working in technological environments or with advanced digital tools.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in productivity tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
    • Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, Trello) and CRM systems.
    • Experience with BI management and cloud-based work.
  4. Skills:
    • Organization, time management, and attention to detail.
    • Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Proactiveness and adaptability.
  5. Languages:
    • English B2+ (ideally C1) for seamless communication with international clients and teams.
Location: Remote, ideally Cartagena; open to Medellín, Bogotá, or other cities.
Reports to: Ray - CEO
Salary Range: $3,000,000 - $4,500,000 COP
Contract Type: Permanent, direct with the company
English Level: B2+ (ideally C1)
