Production Designer

We are a growing agency partnering with leading brands in the health and wellness sector. Since 2006, weve been dedicated to exploring innovative and high-performance marketing strategies, with headquarters in beautiful Boulder, CO, and team members across the country.

We are seeking a passionate Production Designer ready to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. In this role, youll support the Senior Designer in producing high-quality digital and graphic content, including digital banners, social media graphics, animations, infographics, print ads, and traditional media such as billboards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design digital content while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
• Make website edits and manage visual updates using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, optimized for different platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience (agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Google Workspace, WordPress, and HTML5.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first principles.
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices.
