Technical Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Remote Technical Project Manager to join our agencys team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and delivering successful projects for our clients, including website redesigns, CRM deployments, integrations, web application enhancements, workflow automations, and more. The selected candidate will serve as the bridge between our clients, our internal team, and external partners and vendors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in platforms such as HubSpot, HighLevel, Shopify, and WordPress, and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must for this position.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a project manager in digital marketing projects such as website projects, Web Application development, integrations, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Availability to work remotely and manage different time zones.
• An associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Workamajig and ClickUp (preferred but not required).
