Role Objective

Provide strategic and administrative support to the executive team and operations area, ensuring well-organized information management, efficient communication, and timely task execution. The Executive Assistant will be a key player in coordinating internal projects, managing the CRM, supporting operations, and handling the executives digital presence, contributing directly to efficiency and company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives social media posting, research, outreach, and timely responses, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Organize and maintain the Google Drive folder system, ensuring clear, professional internal and external communication.
  • Maintain and clean up Bitrix24/CRM and project lists; generate status reports and refine Excel-based reports.
  • Support the Operations team and back up Client Success in managing claims and refunds.
  • Assist executives and team members with assigned administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and execute internal projects as assigned by the Leadership Team.
  • Update and maintain SOPs according to internal changes.
  • Conduct research and generate accurate, actionable weekly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs regarding response times, task quality, and data accuracy.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting.
  • Experience with CRMs, ideally Bitrix24.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred) and Instagram.
  • Exceptional copywriting and professional communication skills.
  • Previous experience in project management and administrative support in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
  • English level C1 (professional written and verbal communication).

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Administration, Communication, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in dynamic, fast-growing companies (preferably tech-driven).
  • Experience managing CRMs, cloud-based documentation, and executive support.
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills.
  • Certified or proven English level C1.
