Role Objective
Identify and acquire new business opportunities through active prospecting across digital and traditional channels, converting leads into recurring corporate clients to increase market share within the B2B sector.

Responsibilities
  • Identify decision-makers (Marketing Managers, Trade Marketing, Event Organizers) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Initiate value-driven conversations and establish initial relationships via LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial cold outreach to closing and post-sales follow-up.
  • Consult with clients on the best exhibition materials and formats (banners, tents, stands) according to their specific branding needs.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline, recording every interaction and stage within the CRM.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in B2B sales, preferably in advertising, events, large-format printing, or industrial supplies.
  • Tools: Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Soft Skills: High persuasive ability, excellent written communication and grammar, autonomy, and resilience to rejection.
  • Languages: Advanced English level.
