About the job Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Objective: To design and execute the company's digital strategy to boost brand awareness and qualified lead generation, optimizing the company's presence across search engines and social channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Management (SEM/Social Ads): Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search and Shopping) and Meta Ads to drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
- SEO Strategy: Optimize website content and product descriptions to improve organic ranking for key industry terms (banners, flags, displays).
- Email Marketing: Implement lead nurturing workflows and loyalty campaigns for existing customers.
- Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPA) through Google Analytics 4 to adjust marketing tactics in real time.
- Content Management: Coordinate the creation of visual and written material that highlights the quality and customization of Lush Banners' products.
Profile Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years in similar roles, ideally in companies with an e-commerce model or physical product sales.
- Technical Skills: Google Ads certification, deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite, proficiency in SEO tools (Semrush/Ahrefs), and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite).
- Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, results-oriented creativity, and excellent project organization skills.
