Hospitality Intern

The historic Maxwell Mansion & Boutique Hotel in Lake Geneva has an exciting opportunity for you. Join our team of talented staff and be a part of the most unique and exciting location in Lake Geneva! We are a 28-room upscale boutique hotel with two incredible and unique bars and lounges. This role will assist in various areas, often on the same day, including but not limited to guest services (swing/float), laundry, pool attendant, barback, housekeeping, and events. You will work hands-on with ownership and the management team who have years of hospitality experience and have the opportunity to learn various aspects of managing a property.

We are looking for a hardworking team member to work 3-5 days and who is available for shifts between the hours of 7am and 11pm. Overnight shifts may also be available. This is a seasonal position and the ideal candidate will be available from mid/end of May through the beginning of September. Apply today! Must work nights and weekends, be able to lift more than 50 lbs, constantly be on your feet, sit for periods of time at a desk, be a self-starter, able to work alone, and be a step ahead of your managers and guests needs. This position requires you to have a valid US drivers license and must be at least 18 years old. Housing is not available for this role. Previous hospitality experience and/or enrolled in a hospitality degree program is preferred. Food Handlers and Operators License prefered. This is a paid internship.
