Head of Architecture

Our client is a a construction and project management company specializing in residential and commercial projects, offering end-to-end services from pre-construction planning to execution. With a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and efficient delivery, the company leverages advanced building practices and lean methodologies to bring clients’ visions to life. They are currently seeking a Head of Architecture to lead the department.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, with at least 5+ years of professional experience (Autodesk certification is a plus).
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams of architects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability and motivation to continuously learn and develop new skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the flexibility to collaborate across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Autodesk Certified Professional or Expert in Revit/BIM.
• Experience working on residential projects, particularly with wood framing.
• Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and codes.
• Knowledge of Passive House principles.
• Understanding of Lean Construction methodologies.
• Experience working with Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs).
