Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage AAM Living's social media presence, execute engaging campaigns, and support brand growth across digital platforms. This role will be responsible for planning and managing content calendars, publishing content, monitoring engagement, coordinating campaigns, and creating light graphic and video content that aligns with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media channels using content calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
  • Create light graphic designs, social media posts, reels, stories, and other digital content using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment campaigns, company announcements, resident communications, and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve content performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Basic graphic design and short-form video editing skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a startup, real estate, property management, or service-based business.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar social media management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
  • Experience tracking engagement metrics and preparing performance reports.
  • Understanding of branding, visual identity, and digital marketing best practices.
