Position Overview
The social media & Content Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Growth Marketeer to create content and marketing assets that support the team's lead generation goals across the portfolio.
This role will be responsible for designing creative assets and editing video content for digital marketing, social media, and property level campaigns, with a strong focus on producing ads and visuals that are built to convert. The person in this role will also manage social media, support community management, write copy, plan content calendars, coordinate with onsite teams to understand property needs, guide content creators where needed, and help execute both digital and print marketing requirements. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move quickly and take ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage community engagement across social media platforms, including messages, comments, and audience interactions
- Support reputation management by monitoring reviews and coordinating timely responses
- Own social media content creation from planning and ideation to design, video editing, publishing, and reporting
- Create ad creatives, social content, and marketing assets that support lead generation goals
- Write clear, compelling copy for social media, ads, and marketing materials
- Maintain content calendars aligned with campaign and property needs
- Manage and maintain leadership and corporate social media content, primarily on LinkedIn
- Work with onsite teams to understand property needs and create outreach materials to support leasing efforts
- Ensure onsite teams have marketing collateral readily available, including flyers, business cards, and print materials
- Support the Marketing Manager with procurement and ordering of outreach and marketing materials
- Coordinate with content creators to guide content capture based on campaign needs
- Support property level marketing needs, including outreach materials and curb appeal related collateral
- Work quickly, stay organized, and take ownership of deliverables in a fast paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing content for multiple brands or accounts at the same time
- Previous experience in an advertising agency, property management company, real estate, multifamily, or a similarly fast paced marketing environment will be preferred
- Comfortable working remotely and managing responsibilities independently
- Experience creating content that supports lead generation or business growth goals
- Familiarity with working across both organic social content and paid creative needs
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, onsite teams, and content creators
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and consistency across a high volume of deliverables
