Role Overview 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Organization Transformation Associate (Senior Associate) to support organizational development and business transformation initiatives across the company. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve organizational effectiveness, enhance employee capabilities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business, team, and organizational performance.
  • Design, coordinate, and evaluate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate performance management processes by tracking metrics, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business goals and strategic priorities. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in Organizational Development, Business Operations, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related function.
  • Hands-on experience managing, tracking, and reporting on KPIs, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Practical experience in Learning & Development (L&D), including training coordination, capability development, or learning program management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Experience working in a startup or rapidly scaling organization.
  • Familiarity with organizational development, change management, or business transformation methodologies.
  • Experience designing performance management frameworks or KPI scorecards.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, or performance management tools.
  • Experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Change Management are a plus.
