Role Overview

We are seeking an Entrata Operations Intern to support day-to-day Entrata operations, ensuring workflows, data, and tasks are properly managed across teams.

The role focuses on business operations and coordination. Entrata experience is not required, but candidates should be comfortable learning new systems and working with business software.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily Entrata workflows, tasks, and data management.
• Coordinate with onsite and remote teams to ensure tasks and processes are completed correctly.
• Learn Entrata's CRM, workflows, and property management functions.
• Enter, update, and review information in Entrata for accuracy.
• Follow up on incomplete tasks, missing information, and operational requirements.
• Assist teams with day-to-day processes and system-related tasks.
• Help identify process gaps and support improvements to workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field, preferably.
• Some experience in general operations, sales, administration, or coordination is preferred.
• Experience working with a CRM or business software is a plus.
• Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to learn Entrata and new systems.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
