Senior Digital Executive
Job Description:
Our client is a leading retailer in the established luxury time pieces industry. They have presence of 50 boutiques in twelve key cities across the Asia Pacific region.
You will be responsible for championing digital transformation with focus on CRM initiatives, process improvements and product development.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team to champion digital transformation and CRM initiatives in the organization
- Design, build and manage lead generation campaigns and CRM programs
- Understand customer lifecycle to optimize engagement and retention
- Conduct frequent data cleansing and proactively look for innovative ways to maintain the data integrity
- Collaborate with different teams to advocate digital literacy and the importance of data in day-to-day tasks and reporting
- Provide operational and administrative support for maintenance of digital products including the reporting and tracking of issues / bugs
- Ensure compliance with law e.g. copyright and data protection
- Responsible for training and support to teams where necessary
Requirements
- 5 years experience in CRM or digital marketing with proven experience with SugarCRM, Salesforces or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven experience in managing CRM marketing, lead generation and marketing automation in a medium to large scale CRM implementation project that includes SOW, development, and deployment
- Working experience with digital marketing tools/ platforms including but not limited to Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics etc. E-Commerce implementation will be a plus
- Familiarity and experience with digital marketing, campaign management and social media will be a plus
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous, good with numbers and able to organize and prioritize tasks and work under tight timelines
- Able to adapt well to changes and committed to learning new skills
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with internal and external parties
- Digital marketing and analytics knowledge are essential
