User Acquisition Manager
Job Description:
Our client is a Singapore-based professional gaming and esports talent management company.
They are currently looking to expand their team and move to the step in esports;
User Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential new users, pitch services, and follow up on new talent/user opportunities
- Support KOLs and new users on app navigation and campaign sign-ups
- Assist support chat functions on social media platforms and email
- Develop user tutorials for app navigation and gather KOL and user reviews
- Work with the respective stakeholders in client campaign briefings
- Conduct user surveys and focus groups on user perks and generate retention strategies
- Responsible for Influencer Marketing & user perks execution
- Design, manage and optimize UA campaigns & advertising techniques
- Assist in the development of improved advertising strategies to increase user interest in the app
- Deep dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A/B tests
- Prepare multi-dimensional output reports to achieve a balance of multiple indicators such as magnitude retention and Return on Ad Spend (ROAs)
- Conduct competitive and macro-level research to stay informed on industry changes
- Monitor project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective
- Partner with product and talent management team to track user funnels, identify & prioritize issues, and form hypotheses as to why they are happening and formulate solutions
- Responsible for translating business needs into specific product requirements and communicating with relevant teams involved in new feature launches
- Lead Roadmap Planning by collaborating cross-functionally to develop medium-to-long-term product strategy and roadmap for user experience
- Run Impactful Experimentations: Partner with the product team in designing product experiments to validate/invalidate hypotheses and provide relevant experiment budget sign-offs
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 year experience in user acquisition or user growth experience for software solutions is a must. (Experience in the Gaming Industry is an advantage)
- Has a strong cross-functional leadership track record with great communication skills
- Strong skills in data analysis, user insight generation, and impact modeling with strong business acumen
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking, active listening, and presenting
- Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated with a desire to excel in a fast-changing environment
- A keen eye for detail and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Tons of curiosity, imagination, and creativity with an enterprising attitude towards creative advertising
- Demonstrate open-mindedness, adaptability, and personal integrity
