Digital Marketing Specialist

Our client is a leading global enterprise IT solutions provider with headquarters in China. With global offices in China, Japan, USA, Netherlands, India and Singapore, it has with an established presence in 89 countries around the world for 6000+ clients. They are looking for a creative mind to join our regional marketing team in Singapore.

A creative specialist uses graphic design and layout techniques to enhance the effectiveness of online content. They focus on usability as well as eye-catching videos, graphics and words. Qualifications for this role include experience with the various software used for video and graphic design, and online media.
In this role you will be responsible for designing marketing collaterals and publishing marketing contents across online & offline platforms including their website, social channels, marketing & email campaigns etc. Our client is looking for someone with a passion for digital transformation marketing, and an obsession with campaign performance and analytics. With your passion
and experience, you will be bringing new marketing ideas and initiatives to the table to helping grow our client's brand and business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our marketing manager to develop the marketing calendar; ensures that marketing initiatives feel cohesive and align with business needs
  • Assist in the brand design and execution of all our branded assets in an authentic/consistent/cohesive way via overall presentations, industry-related stories, and market focus including advertising, program campaigns, website, digital ads, videos, and sales assets (sales decks, slip sheets, case studies, etc.)
  • Due diligence, editing and sourcing of photo/video/print assets.
    Experience and strong comfort level with publishing and engagement using social media (all platforms), static, animation and video content
  • Knowledge and ability to edit email templates in CRM
  • Updating the website and help to keep it current with dynamic content
  • Utilize marketing department shared resources as appropriate to help execute initiatives
  • Participate in planning, project-specific, and team meetings, as necessary
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
  • Ability to work independently and takes ownership
  • Ensure compliance with firm guidelines and brand standards

Requirements:

  • Local diploma in multi-media design or relevant (minimum)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, XD, AfterEffects, Premier)
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Have strong typography, layout, illustration and animation skills and a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress
  • Experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Content creation may be an advantage
  • Google Analytics is preferred
  • Self-starter, with a great attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Works well in a team environment and matrix organization
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Flexible with job responsibilities and change
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Creative, Driven, Bright and Cheerful Personality
