1. Job Description

We are looking for BIM Modelers specializing in Electrical or Plumbing & Sanitation (PNS) to join our Singapore-BIM team. The selected candidates will collaborate closely with the Singapore team and contribute to various design and modeling projects using Revit.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Work in teams to develop and execute BIM models using Revit.

• Produce project deliverables based on Revit Structure and Revit Architecture.

• Generate quantity take-off reports based on predefined templates.

• Prepare shop drawings using Revit according to company templates.

• Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, Architecture, Structure) under the guidance of the Team Leader.

• Ensure project deadlines, accuracy, and quality standards are met.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Leader.

3. General Requirements

• Business-level English to communicate directly with the Singapore team.

• Proficiency in Revit (Revit MEP is a plus for PNS/Electrical).

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in BIM modeling.

• Strong attention to detail, teamwork attitude, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work under supervision and meet project timelines.

4. Desired Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience in MEP coordination, especially Electrical or PNS.

• Basic understanding of construction drawings and standards.

• Familiarity with Singapore construction or BIM standards is a plus.
