Job Description:

  • 1. Organizational Development & Team Building Plan and optimize organizational structure, team configuration, and functional responsibilities in alignment with business strategy to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Drive the development of key talent pipelines to ensure the company maintains strong core talent reserves.
  • Design and promote talent development and mobility pathways to support team upgrading and organizational capability enhancement.

2. Key HR Initiatives & Projects

  • Establish and continuously optimize organizational performance management systems.
  • Promote the effective implementation of company core values and deepen organizational culture.

3. Talent Development System & Mechanism Optimization

  • Build and improve a comprehensive talent development framework to enhance capability development for key positions.
  • Drive succession planning, talent pipeline construction, and the implementationof fair and transparent career progression mechanisms.
  • Promote corporate culture initiatives and introduce organizational culture projects and management practices from large enterprise groups.
  • Lead organizational climate survey projects and monitor the execution and effectiveness of improvement actions.
  • Strengthen employee relations management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

4. Business Support & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Support business leaders and teams based on business development needs, including management support, organizational communication, and culture building.
  • Support the establishment of HRBP mechanisms and operating standards; proactively identify HR needs and enhance HR service effectiveness for business units.
  • Improve collaboration efficiency between HR functions and businessdepartments to support business growth.

Job Requirements:
1. Education

Bachelors degree or above.

Majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, Shipping Management, Business English, or related fields are preferred.

2. Industry & Management Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding or logistics industry.

At least 5 years of sales team management experience.

Candidates who have served as Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager are highly preferred.

Strong business resources and operational knowledge in major sea and air

freight trade lanes, such as Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and India–Pakistan routes.

Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce logistics is a strong advantage.

Experience in building sales teams from scratch (0–1) or successfully expanding into new regional markets is highly preferred.

3. HR Expertise

Solid understanding of key HR modules, including compensation, performance management, and organizational development.

Strong capabilities in organizational planning, project management, and change management.

4. Core Competencies

Strong logical analysis, communication, coordination, and execution skills.

Ability to make sound decisions in complex and fast-changing environments.

5. Personal Attributes
