Job Description

1. Customer Service 1.1 Greet and provide information about products/services to customers. 1.2 Listen to complaints, resolve issues, and provide advice. 1.3 Coordinate with various departments to provide efficient customer service.

2. Customer Relationship Management 2.1 Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction. 2.2 Create a customer database, analyze behavior, and provide suggestions for service improvement. 2.3 Foster long-term customer relationships through communication and various activities.

3. Complaint Coordination and Management 3.1 Receive complaints about products and services and identify solutions. 3.2 Work with relevant departments to reduce problems and improve service quality.

4. Customer Communication Channels 4.1 Respond to customers via various channels, such as telephone, email, social media, and other platforms. 4.2 Regularly check and update customer contact information.

5. Service Analysis and Development 5.1 Gather and analyze customer feedback for service improvement. 5.2 Report problems and solutions to management.

Qualifications

1. Female, 22-35 years old

2. Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field

3. At least 1 year of customer service/call center/customer service experience

4. Clear and polite verbal and written communication skills

5. Problem-solving and complaint handling skills

6. Good interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle pressure

7. Proficiency in English or another foreign language will be given special consideration
