About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to support accurate billing, timely collections, and financial reporting for a global logistics organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process and review customer invoices for accuracy and timeliness

• Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments

• Maintain accurate AR records and customer payment histories

• Reconcile AR with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare VAT and Withholding Tax reports

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Generate AR reports and provide financial insights

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Excel, SAP, QuickBooks)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Thai tax regulations

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• 1 round with Thai management
