Key Responsibilities

  • Work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Location: District 1, HCM
  • Oversee the performance of the sales team, liaise with overseas Barsan offices, and manage customer relationships.
  • Drive sales growth in the ocean freight market by enhancing the company's sales capacity.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Arrange and participate in customer meetings and industry events to promote the company's services.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve objectives.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports.

Requirements

  • 5-12 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Proven success in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets within the USA trade lane.
  • In-depth knowledge of ocean freight products and operations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive network of customers and vendors, particularly in the US/Canada trade lane.
