Working Hours and Location

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer visits and telemarketing activities to expand business opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth by enhancing the company's capacity in the ocean freight market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers through research, calls, and meetings.
  • Organize and participate in customer meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with Pricing and Operations Teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Monitor trends in the ocean freight market and proactively take appropriate actions.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, focusing on sales and business development.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and meet revenue targets, particularly within the USA trade lane.
  • Extensive knowledge of ocean freight products and services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Established network of customers and vendors, especially in the US/Canada trade lane.
