Working Hours and Location
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer visits and telemarketing activities to expand business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth by enhancing the company's capacity in the ocean freight market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and engage with potential customers through research, calls, and meetings.
- Organize and participate in customer meetings and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with Pricing and Operations Teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities and performance.
- Monitor trends in the ocean freight market and proactively take appropriate actions.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, focusing on sales and business development.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and meet revenue targets, particularly within the USA trade lane.
- Extensive knowledge of ocean freight products and services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Established network of customers and vendors, especially in the US/Canada trade lane.
