Sales Manager- Farm solutions Job Description
Responsible for the sale of Pre-Engineering Building (PEB) products, Animal Farm, Metal sheet for roofing and walling, Structural product Purlin and Decking products. Focus Project Sales.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
Accountable for promoting products and executing sales to meet our customers requirement and expectations.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or masters degree with related field (Civil Engineer is preferred) 5-7 years of experience in construction or manufacturing products and managing a high-performance sales team. (Project Sales is preferred) Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills.
Good marketing analysis and good business planning skills.
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
Proactive, strong communication and team management skills.
Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English.
Ability to travel and with own transportation.
