Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
1. **Manpower Planning and Recruitment**
- Lead manpower planning and ensure timely and effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the factory head to regularly assess manpower needs and succession planning.
- Supervise the recruitment process and authorize employment contracts.
2. **Labour Union Relations**
- Foster a positive relationship with the Labour Union, acting as the management's representative.
- Enhance employee services and maintain open communication with union representatives.
- Lead effective negotiations to resolve issues.
3. **Government Liaison**
- Maintain strong communication with the Department of Industrial Work, Labour Department, and relevant government agencies, including local and provincial bodies.
- Represent the organization in relevant forums and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. **Legal Case Management**
- Coordinate efforts to manage employee-related legal cases, safeguarding the companys interests.
- Ensure appropriate representation in tribunals and courts.
- Stay updated on legal amendments and court rulings, sharing relevant information with the team.
5. **Policy Review and Implementation**
- Regularly review and update personnel policies in collaboration with the factory head.
- Ensure proper implementation and adherence to policies across the organization.
6. **Budget Management for HR Activities**
- Provide guidance on the preparation and execution of annual HR budgets for HRM and HRD activities.
- Approve expenses and ensure effective utilization of resources within the budget.
