Assistant Maintenance/Engineering Manager.

Salary Range RM5,000.00 RM7,000.00.

Additional Requirement : Preferably Food Industry background.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-To assist Maintenance Manager oversee day to day engineering and maintenance support for production, equipment, and utility facilities.

-To minimise the production downtime caused by equipment problem and ensure have continuous running of equipment and machinery include review of all equipment specification and requirement regular.

-To ensure entire factory equipment safety and health are achieved and constantly review and implement preventive safety measure in all area of works.

-To attend any breakdown of equipment if required

-To lead maintenance team in the absence of Maintenance Manager

-Liase with revelant authourity on the facility approval and changes.

-Responsible review and support for Food Safety system implementation ( e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, HALAL etc.)

Minimum Diploma

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

WORKING EXPERIENCE

5 years

REQUIRE SAME POSITION LEVEL EXPERIENCE

2 years in Supervisory experience

COMPETENCY (KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS & ATTITUDES) (REQUIRED)

knowledge in the maintenance of equipment and utilise of factory

(PLC Programming, Autocad, Electrical, Wiring & Troubleshooting)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS & ATTITUDES (PREFERRED/DESIRABLE)

Leadership

PHYSICAL DEMANDS (example walking, lifting, operation etc)

Fit & Healthy

WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT (i.e. necessary travel, unusual work hour etc)

Willing standby on call for any issue arising from factory operation.
