About the job Product Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project management to manage the project or the new product development timeline to ensure that planning and launching are on time.
  • Lead the development team in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Research and analyze insight by identifying needs and new technologies.
  • Analysis of product portfolio, suggest new product development/improvement, and discontinued products.
  • Act as a bridge between the customer and the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Manage a team to identify new products and set up and drive product roadmap.
  • Coach and support the development of team members.
  • Overseeing the product development team in any field.
  • Work closely with the management team to establish the project or products business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or Higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 7-10 Years experience in management, software development management, and team leadership within a software development environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    - Proficient in using at least two languages Java and .Net, and other relevant languages.
    - Proficient in using PostgreSQL or Oracle Database.
    - Proficient in SDLC Model Process.
  • Project Management: Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Enjoy learning new technologies.
  • Highly responsible, diligent, patient, and creative thinker.
  • Have a positive attitude towards work and can work under pressure.
