About the job HR Manager

Responsibility:

  • Recruitment: This includes hiring for management positions, technical roles, and labor positions. It involves both experienced hires and campus recruitment.
  • Personnel Management: This includes onboarding, offboarding, job transfers, employee information and HR system management, and handling employee relations.
  • Compensation: This encompasses managing wages, bonuses, overtime pay, and benefit subsidies.
  • Training: This includes onboarding training and other employee development programs.
  • Performance Evaluation and Promotion: Involves employee assessment, performance evaluation, and the development and execution of promotion plans.
  • Personnel Efficiency, Labor Costs, and Budget Management.
  • Able to travel to visit manufacturing plant in Rayong.
  • Have Subordinate around 10 people to HR Manager
  • Direct Report with GM in Thailand and China Head Quarter. (Both are Chinese)

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years of experience in management level to working in organizations with over 500 employees. Experience in HR management within the manufacturing industry is a plus. (Prefer candidates from Automobile industry or relate field)
  • Proficiency in recruitment, compensation, training, employee relations, performance evaluation, and promotion, along with a good understanding of Thai labor laws.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written Chinese.
