Research Development strategic will provide administrative support for research project planning and development

1. Plan the development of research projects and strategic funding, study and research, and understand policies and strategies. 3. Collect and summarize information from the Foundation's annual research projects. To report to the operations management team leader and executives.
4. Check research project proposals to ensure they comply with regulations and policies of funding sources and foundations, including the accuracy of contracts both domestically and abroad.
5. Check the completeness and accuracy (Quality Assurance) of reports and work as specified in the contract periodically. and/or complete report as the case may be, coordinating with funding sources in preparing related documents. For checking readiness or evaluating the organization (Auditing/ Micro Assessment) before signing the contract as determined by the funding source. Including checking the accuracy of the reporting of assessment results from funding sources.
6. Coordinate with funding sources to update regulations or research project management manuals.
7. Plan and develop risk assessment (Risk Assessment) of research and other approaches. To follow up and inspect the research operations to achieve their goals.
