Responsibilities :

  • Achieve KPI target  
  • Managing a Chinese client
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and handling strategic issues or problem resolution of one-to-one marketing issues
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and clients business including various media and distribution channels
  • Liaise proactively with client to cultivate strong relationships and improve existing services, thus driving successful and profitable client relationships
  • Handle key client briefs, projects and requests
  • Typical day-to-day management of clients and their requests including presentations, documentation, and client activity administration
  • Effectively manage team of Account Managers and Account Executives to implement projects smoothly and effectively
  • Support senior management and supervisor in developing initiatives for new business or expanding existing business
  • Develop client-facing budgets for projects based on proposed ideas, and monitor said budgets throughout the project
  • Write/proofread major communications materials including executive internal memos and speeches, Q&A, sensitive topic statements, pitches or press releases
  • Maintain high-level contacts within the client and related industry players
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently (including offline events) and meet deadlines based on aligned timelines
  • Be a valued partner that provides account planning and strategic support to clients
  • Provide clients counsel in the development of successful strategies
  • Lead the wider agency team to write plans, briefs and other marketing docs, and modify them based on changing business conditions
  • Understand industry/market trends and the success factors critical to the organizations long-term sustainability and competitiveness
  • Prepare and lead appropriate client briefs for internal stakeholders, mainly strategy, creative and delivery teams
  • Work with the Creative team to ensure of the quality of creative responses, maintain motivation and working processes, and provide creative arbitration
  • Supervise project briefings (written and actual) and subsequent client approval
  • Establish strong working relationships with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure project moves forward smoothly after briefing
  • Act as first source for problem resolution for the internal team and external constituents
  • Work with Sales Director/Group Account Director to manage headcount for team
  • Provide mentorship and motivation to account team members

Qualifications :

  • Thai Candidate and age is not over than 45 years old
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years as an Account or Business Development role from brand, digital, social or media agency
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, including large matrix teams running simultaneous projects
  • Ability to manage Chinese clients
  • Ability to put together proposals and decks for client presentations
  • Very comfortable with numbers, math and financial analyses
  • Fearless and persistent personality; wont take no for an answer
  • A creative mindset that can think big picture and also execute on little things
  • Impactful presentation skills and charisma in leading conversations, and quick-thinking to lead meetings
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal) and creative problem-solving skills
  • Superb multi-tasking, organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and able to motivate colleagues thru trust, teamwork, and support to achieve objectives
  • Good command of Microsoft Office or MacOS, with particular proficiency in Excel/Numbers and PowerPoint/Keynote.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in managing Chinese clients would be advantageous.
  • Existing rolodex of client/brand contacts would be advantageous.
