Chief Data Officer

Position: Chief Data Officer (CDO) Open for EXPAT
Company: Top leading retail banking in Vietnam
Annual Package: net $300,000 - $500,000 or Negotiable
Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time)

Special Requirements:

• Preferably Expat with international banking experience.
• Experience in top 10 banks in the candidates home country.
• Strong background in retail banking and digital transformation

(*) Requirement:

• 10+ years in data management & analytics (preferably in banking).
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, data governance, and security.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Business (Masters preferred).
• Excellent leadership, strategy, and stakeholder management skills

• Develop and enforce company data strategy, governance, and security.
• Automate data analytics & business intelligence for efficiency.
• Oversee data architecture, AI/ML, and analytics.
• Optimize data pipelines and monetization strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
• Manage risk controls in data handling.
• Build a high-performing data team.
• Foster a data-driven culture and talent development
