Job Responsibilities

Labor Relations and Compliance Management

Lead the drafting, review, signing, and archiving of employee labor contracts, ensuring 100% compliance with the latest regulations under Thailand's Labor Protection Act and Social Security Act.

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, work visas (Non-B), social security (Social Security), and tax-related matters (PND1/PND91) throughout the entire process.

Regularly update local labor policy changes and lead internal compliance reviews to mitigate legal risks.


Cross-Cultural Human Resources Management

Act as a communication bridge between Chinese and Thai management teams, accurately translating HR policy documents (Chinese-Thai bilingual) and addressing employee relations issues arising from cultural differences.

Support the relocation and settlement of Chinese expatriates, including visa assistance, cross-cultural training, and execution of benefits.


Core Human Resources Operations

Independently execute the full recruitment cycle (posting, screening, interviewing, background checks), with a focus on local talent acquisition and employer branding.

Manage payroll processing, annual salary adjustments, and performance evaluations, ensuring data accuracy (familiarity with Thai salary structures such as Position Allowance and Overtime calculations).

Lead the design and implementation of employee training programs to enhance team effectiveness (e.g., applying for Thailand's Skill Development Fund).


Employee Relations and Crisis Management

Handle labor disputes, complaints, and arbitration cases, developing compliant solutions.

Organize employee activities to enhance cross-cultural team cohesion.


Qualifications

Hard Requirements:

Thai nationality, aged 30-40, with a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.

Proficiency in Chinese: Ability to communicate freely and host cross-cultural meetings.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience in Thailand, with at least 2 years in manufacturing/multinational companies, and familiarity with Thai labor union operations.


Professional Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of all modules of Thai labor law (e.g., probation period regulations, termination compensation calculations, sick leave/maternity leave provisions).

Proficiency in operating Thai government systems (e.g., SSO online social security reporting, RD Smart Tax e-tax system).

Possession of Thai HR association certifications (e.g., TDRI Certificate) or Chinese HR-related certifications (e.g., Intermediate Economist) is preferred.


Soft Skills:

Strong business acumen, capable of aligning HR strategies with business needs.

Skilled in managing multiple tasks under high-pressure environments and adapting to flexible working modes of Chinese and Thai management teams.


Advantages (Plus Points)

Experience supporting Chinese investment projects in Thailand (e.g., BOI enterprises, industrial park-based companies).

Familiarity with Chinese HR management practices (e.g., KPI systems, equity incentive schemes).
