- Value Chain Mapping: Analyze value chains to identify gaps and opportunities for participation.
- Market Studies: Conduct studies to estimate sales volumes and seasonal trends.
- Margin Analysis: Evaluate value chain margins to understand profitability.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain connections with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, R&D, marketing, sales, and product development teams to strategize new product launches and promotions.
- Customer Insights: Translate customer requirements into actionable strategies.
- Sales Driving: Lead efforts to drive sales for identified opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B food ingredients sales, with a strong background in business development.
- Education: University degree in business or a relevant field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales channels with established contacts.
- Business Acumen: Familiarity with business development processes, costing, and financial analysis.
