Scope of Work
- Identify and nurture sales opportunities by outbound calling and responding to the inquiries turning leads into loyal customers.
- Showcase our solutions, demonstrating how they solve real-world business challenges
- Provide expert consultation and support to ensure client success and satisfaction
- Conduct engaging product training sessions and offer creative implementation strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance our product and support materials
- Bridge language gaps through translation and localization efforts
Requirements
- Thai nationality, Age 26-33 years old
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-related fields
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with SaaS or technology-related fields (a plus)
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving industry
