Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem, focusing on enterprise clients across various industries.
- SAP Solutions Sales: Leverage your knowledge of SAP systems and solutions (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Business One) to position the company's products and services effectively to meet client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Solution-Based Selling: Engage clients with a consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding their business challenges and presenting SAP solutions tailored to meet their needs.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales pitches, negotiating contract terms to close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with pre-sales, consulting, and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction post-sales.
Key Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the IT or SAP solutions space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- SAP Knowledge:
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with or selling SAP products (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Business One, or other relevant SAP solutions).
- Familiarity with SAP system landscapes and how they support business processes.
- Communication Skills:
- Fluency in English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex solutions clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions, demonstrating a consultative sales approach.
- Positive Attitude & Proactivity:
- Energetic and proactive, with a positive attitude toward meeting challenges and achieving success.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in selling SAP solutions or related ERP systems is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and other enterprise software.
- Strong network and relationships within the SAP customer base.
