Key Responsibilities:

Objective:

  • Oversee daily operations of the telemarketing team to achieve sales KPIs in alignment with company objectives and strategies.
  • Manage sales and support teams to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
  • Drive the telemarketing team to meet key performance indicators such as approval rates, average order value, delivery rates, and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procedures and policies to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Set KPIs for the team to achieve goals.
  • Create effective call scripts and sales promotions to attract customers.
  • Analyze sales data to improve processes, allocate resources efficiently, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor random calls to ensure quality, minimize errors, and track performance.
  • Ensure all communications and data are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Review staff performance, identify coaching needs, and plan coaching sessions.
  • Handle complex customer complaints or inquiries.
  • Support subordinates in resolving difficult issues and provide direction.
  • Recommend staffing changes, including hiring, promotions, demotions, vacations, leaves of absence, and staff releases.
  • Evaluate staff performance based on KPIs.
  • Prepare daily sales reports.
  • Motivate and retain staff.
  • Manage leads and capacity to meet KPIs.
  • Build and develop the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales management with a team size of at least 100 members.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Dynamic, professional demeanor with fast action capability.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective pressure and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with a startup environment and good reporting skills are preferred.
