岗位职责

1. 参与泰国地区产品卖点挖掘及包装,并参与制定产品整个生命周期的营销方案书,包括营销策略、营销目标、整合营销方案

2. 基于整合营销方案, 把控项目节奏和进度,进行项目的执行计划安排

3. 整合协同跨模块资源,统筹管理项目风险和营销效果监控,跟进营销模块项目执行情况及项目的总结复盘。

4. 营销素材管理,进行总部资料汇总及本地分发

任职要求

1. 1-2年以上相关工作经验,优秀的应届生也可投递

2. 有强项目管理能力,执行力强,能够同时处理多个项目线、多项交叉工作,协调多方资源与沟通对接

3. 逻辑清晰,沟通能力强,目标感强,有项目全局意识、预见可能发生的问题并有解决问题的思路与能力

4.英语/泰语佳

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in identifying and packaging product selling points for the Thai market, and contribute to the development of the entire product lifecycle marketing plan, including marketing strategies, marketing goals, and integrated marketing solutions.

Based on the integrated marketing plan, manage the projects pace and progress, and arrange the execution plan for the project.

Integrate and coordinate cross-functional resources, manage project risks and monitor marketing performance, and follow up on the execution of marketing projects as well as project reviews and summaries.

Manage marketing materials, compile information from headquarters, and distribute it locally.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant work experience; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute efficiently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and coordinate various resources and communication across teams.

Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, a strong sense of goal orientation, and the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop solutions.

Proficiency in English and/or Thai.
