We are seeking an experienced Group Head of Organizational Development (OD) to lead the groups people strategy and enhance organizational effectiveness.

In the role of Director of Organizational Development, you will be responsible for the formulation and execution of OD strategies that are in alignment with the strategic objectives of the company. You will play a crucial role in influencing the companys culture, formulating a comprehensive total rewards strategy, improving employee engagement, and enhancing overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a thorough organizational development strategy that aligns with the companys business goals.
  • Oversee and guide the OD team to execute impactful initiatives and programs.
  • Perform organizational assessments and needs analyses to pinpoint areas for development and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and implement leadership development programs, talent management strategies, and succession planning processes.
  • Lead initiatives for organizational change and transformation.
  • Establish and manage performance management systems and processes.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture and boost employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and resolve organizational challenges.
  • Assess and measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in management roles within Human Resources and Organizational Development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position within a large corporation or holding company.
  • Proven experience in developing total rewards strategies and compensation and benefits (C&B) policies and systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational development principles and practices.
  • Experience in designing and executing organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A masters degree in organizational development, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
