About the job Manufacturing Manager
- The Manufacturing Manager manages the planning and designing of methods to improve or enhance existing programs, Oversees the analysis and review of budgets, schedules, production requirements, and headcount to determine the most cost-effective and efficient methods of obtaining necessary resources.
-Take care of the corrective breakdown, preventive breakdown, strong problem-solving, and corrective/preventive action.
-Analyze downtime, identify trends, and develop solutions.
-Produce written breakdown reports and make presentations.
-Manage the projects, tasks, and operations following the deadline.
-Set up reasonable KPIs and ensure KPIs have met the target.
-Conduct risk assessments of machines, spare parts, and tasks in the department.
-Understand well the production process and machines to improve production efficiency and reliability of machines.
-Motivate develop and coach the team to operational success.
-Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record.
-Lead the team in new machine installation, machine design, and improvement projects.
-Set up and control the engineering budget.
-Able to rotate to production manager or other positions as needed by the company policy.
